I buy my kawasaki Z900 from there in Feb 2023 and the sellers and customers service is really good ! I'm just 19 years old and is difficult to found a good financement. All sellers do incredible job for found the best offer for me!! Also when I send my motorcycle there for some repairs, I got the feeling Jay(the tech manager) really care about my bike. I also buy my helmet there, an agv k6s flash. I just ask them if they can order it and the next day they got it and give me a discount on it !!! Thanks to all Excel moto teams

Extremely terrible customer service and the reps are liars - I placed a deposit for a brand new motorcycle (rc390) and even after a year the dealership had apparently not received the bike. When I spoke to Ktm reps at the Motorcycle show they told me that the dealer is lying so I ended up cancelling my deposit and got the motorcycle from another dealer at the Motorcycle show who had multiple bikes available at the time.

Without doubt the best dealer I have dealt with. If I can rate this dealer everyday, I wont hesitate. Absolutely first class service from these guys. Nothing is too much trouble extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got top allowance for my part exchange and was over the moon with my new BMW R18 bike. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
